We work with dealers, distributors, importers and commercial facilities such as gyms, hotels, studios and schools. All pricing is quote-based; there is no online checkout.
Which markets do you supply?

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 unit. Every unit is made to order, and mixed orders across cardio, strength and pilates can be combined in one quote.
What warranty do you offer on commercial equipment?
TMAX commercial equipment comes with a 1-year warranty.
Can you produce OEM or private-label equipment?
Yes. OEM options include logo by laser engraving, silk printing or metal nameplate; custom frame colours (powder coating, RAL); branded packaging and manuals. Projects run from inquiry and 2D/3D design confirmation to sample approval, mass production, 100% inspection and shipping.
How do I get a price list?

What is the lead time?
Lead time is usually 7–30 days, depending on model and quantity. Every unit is made to order. Sea freight usually takes a further 25–40 days, depending on the destination.
Which voltages and plugs are available for motorized cardio?
Motorized equipment can be supplied for 110 V to 220 V, with the plug standard of your market (EU, US, UK, AU and others) on request. State your destination country in the quote form.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available before a bulk or OEM order.
Which certifications do you hold?
TMAX holds CE and ISO 9001 certification and is an SGS verified supplier. Independent pre-shipment inspections by TÜV SÜD and HQTS can be arranged for your order.
Can you help plan a complete gym layout?
Yes. We offer free 2D/3D gym layout design: send us your floor plan, room dimensions and target user numbers and we will propose a layout and equipment list for one consolidated quote.
